Missing Deliveries

Please if you don’t receive your items after 7 days of them being picked up and you haven’t received a card to call and arrange redelivery, contact me so I can look into it

I will try my very best to figure this out as quickly as possible, but please note that I have to make the claim to NZ Post for missing or non-delivered no later than 21 days.

Damaged Deliveries

Please contact me as soon as possible if you received your parcel damaged.

Please include photos of the damaged package and product.

Keep all packaging.

International Orders

We currently ship to Australia and USA using NZ Post.

According to their website it takes 10+days for the items to be delivered and keep in mind that it takes 3+weeks to make your items, So please order early to avoid not having your items on time.

Please Note, if you choose a non-tracked option, once the package is with the courier, we will have NO control over it and can’t take responsibility for missed and delayed deliveries.
